I would like to mention here about Sandeep who is running her fitness classes at Urja. Her classes are one of the best that I have attended in so many years. It is that perfect package where in the needs of each one is thought carefully and taken care.
Personally I have benefitted immensely from her classes before and post pregnancy too. especially post pregnancy as I gained a lot of strength/stamina from her classes and I don’t feel tired at all. Full day it keeps you energised and one only needs to give an hour to her sessions.
I highly recommend taking her classes : one because it is only for women and two Sandeep is extremely friendly and professional at the same time taking care of her clients every single day. I owe Sandeep a Big Thanks !!
