Hi everyone..i joined URJA 1 year back and I feel so energetic every day after workout. I joined classes in 2018 as well that time i was staying in Hyderabad but in 2019 i have shifted Delhi , I met lot of fitness trainer but never found a trainer like Sandeep .she is best to understand u in & out and help to come out from stress , tension & obvious calories burn.. As a working woman, to balance work, home, kids. So fitness training by trainer like Sandeep is like a meal with desert without weight gain.

The gym and working out can be so intimidating! Especially for me, I struggled with my weight and eating right, I used to workout but not so consistent and pandemic happened, more cooking and less workout happened, we moved to Hyderabad, got in contact with old friend Sandeep, come to know about her online training classes Urja, joined her online classes, what can I say about Sandeep, she is so focused, positive, energetic, she always focused on specific needs, she brings new exercises to each workout. Her workouts are challenging and done in fun atmosphere, she give lot of suggestions on healthy food and available to answer all doubts and queries about routine. I would like to mention here about Sandeep who is running her fitness classes at Urja. Her classes are one of the best that I have attended in so many years. It is that perfect package where in the needs of each one is thought carefully and taken care. Personally I have benefitted immensely from her classes before and post pregnancy too. especially post pregnancy as I gained a lot of strength/stamina from her classes and I don’t feel tired at all. Full day it keeps you energised and one only needs to give an hour to her sessions. I highly recommend taking her classes : one because it is only for women and two Sandeep is extremely friendly and professional at the same time taking care of her clients every single day. To me, having Healthy body and mind have always been utmost priority. To attain and maintain this, Sandeep through URJA came like an angel into my life. Have been with her more than a year. And workout sessions with her have transformed me into a strong woman in all aspects. Her flexible schedules have never made me miss even a single session. Her workout schedules are designed so meticulously, that in entire week our whole body strengthening is taken care.
